
Terms & Conditions
Our curtains and blinds include a 1-year warranty that covers only the system mechanism. This warranty does not cover fabrics or slats. It also excludes damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse or incorrect handling

Unauthorized modifications or dismantling

Cleaning
-
Natural disasters (e.g., floods, storms)

No warranty is provided for:

Installations on false ceilings
-
Blinds wider than 2.25 meters

Any faults or necessary adjustments must be reported on the same day as installation. Additional visits, adjustments, or changes after installation will incur charges for both materials and labor. If scaffolding is needed for service or installation, it is not included under the warranty.

Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy
All our curtains and blinds are custom-made to fit your windows precisely. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds. If a cancellation is made, the full price of the order is still payable.
During the consultation, customer's choices and measurements may be refined. Customer is responsible for confirming all details, including fabric, panel layout, controls, mounting, and sizing with our consultant. If there's any disagreement later without written documentation, our consultant’s last recorded notes will be considered final.

All quotations are valid for 14 days

Prices based on initial estimates may change after site measurements

Certificate of warranty will be issued only after full payment is made

Customer Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring proper ceiling or wall reinforcement where needed

Arranging scaffolding if necessary
-
Making sure there are no pipes or wiring behind installation areas
-
Informing us of any works that might impact measurements before confirming the order
If adjustments are needed because of changes made after measurements (without informing us), extra charges for transport and modification will apply.
Customer may reschedule confirmed installation dates without charge if at least 3 days' notice is given (except for scaffolding arrangements).

Additional Information

We do not install tracks or systems not supplied by us

All quoted curtains are pleated by default, unless specified otherwise

Pleated curtains may have visible joint lines
-
Blackout-lined curtains may feel stiff at first but will soften with use
-
Blinds wider than 1.85m may gradually warp over time
-
We reserve the right to replace any item with a product of equal value if necessary

Limitation of Liability
Mood Collectives Pte Ltd is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims, under any circumstances, including indirect or unforeseen issues, regardless of prior notice.
